For that reason, we don't include pool in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool heating for $79/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging) and spa heated to 101 degrees. The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience. **GUEST ACCESS** We use a smart lock and will send you the code 7 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Parking is easy as we offer 2 tandem parking spaces in our driveway, with parking on the street. We also offer free luggage drop if you arrive early and want to go explore town before check-in time! Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home. **INTERACTION WITH GUESTS** Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family.
