Downstairs offers two queen bedrooms, and a shared bath – coziness for everyone! Finally, if you have to get some work done, our comfy seating and blazing fast WiFi will leave a smile on your face. Because vacations should be play-ready from day one. ** POOL AND SPA ** While the home features a gorgeous outdoor pool and spa, not all guests choose to use it during their stay. For that reason, we don't include pool heating in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool heating for $79/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging). The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience. **GUEST ACCESS** We use a smart lock and will send you the code 7 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Parking is easy as we offer 2 tandem parking spaces in our driveway, with more across the street. We also offer free luggage drop if you arrive early and want to go explore town before check-in time! ** OTHER THING TO NOTE** A full-time tenant resides in our detached garage/studio. We ask for your respect for their space and noise considerations, especially at night. They do not share any of the main houses interior or exterior spaces.
