Spacious and elegant Loft, with a modern and refined design, is located in the southern Milan area near Via Ripamonti, near the Porta Romana airport and a short distance from the Bocconi, Navigli and Fondazione Prada. The area offers many services (restaurants, banks, cafes, markets, tobacconists, pharmacies, etc.) in the immediate vicinity, and enjoys a strategic position, 20 minutes by tram from the Duomo, 15 minutes from the Navigli, 10 minutes from Porta Romana and 5 minutes from Bocconi. The space The Loft is located on the ground floor and to access it there is a flight of stairs of very few steps, it is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. The advantages of this Loft are that it manages to guarantee complete privacy away from the noise of the centre, making it perfect for groups and large families who come to Milan for both work and leisure and is divided as follows: Floor 1: entrance onto a corridor, bathroom, laundry room and a small designer living room (coffee corner/bookcase) which leads to the bedroom with a queen-size bed; T floor: kitchen/living room with sofa bed (queen size), access to the bedroom (double bed) complete with "en suit" bathroom and small study/work corner. Each room in the Loft is equipped with an electric shutter and its own TV, i.e. 32" for the two bedrooms and an 80" smart TV for the living room equipped with Netflix to watch films and the best TV series comfortably from the sofa and/or armchair suspended on the mezzanine. Ultra-fast WI-FI available throughout the property, heaters in winter and portable air conditioner in summer. The kitchen has every comfort: gas hob with 4 burners, coffee pod machine, microwave oven, oven, toaster, fridge, freezer, complete set of pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, wine and champagne glasses for 6 people. Furthermore, we will offer our guests: In the kitchen: salt, pepper, olive oil, wine vinegar, sugar, coffee pods and powder for moka, infusions of various flavors for herbal teas. The bathrooms complete with shampoo, body soap, face/hand soap and a hairdryer. Each guest will be provided with a set of 3 towels each (small, medium and shower towel), furthermore, an additional small washcloth will be provided per person in the bathrooms so that each guest can dry their hands. The laundry room is equipped with a 6kg washing machine (soap and softener included), iron, large and small ironing board (tabletop), clothesline and products for any general cleaning of the Loft. The two bedrooms are equipped with: sheets, bedspreads, duvets and pillows of various sizes to meet everyone's needs; to complete them, generously sized wardrobes, one with a mirrored walk-in wardrobe and one with an open wardrobe and mirrors in the various rooms so you can put on your make-up, comb your hair or simply look at yourself in the mirror before going out!
