The space As soon as you step inside, you immediately notice a sense of space and order, enhanced by the natural light flowing through the rooms and the wooden parquet flooring that adds warmth to the atmosphere. Residenza Madonna comfortably accommodates up to six guests and has been designed to offer distinct, functional spaces that are also welcoming. The two double bedrooms, both bright, white and carefully detailed, convey a feeling of cleanliness and tranquility. The beds are comfortable with high-quality linens, and each room features air conditioning, storage space for personal belongings, and direct access to the private outdoor courtyard—an element that makes waking up even more enjoyable. One of the bedrooms stands out with an elegant blue bed, adding character while maintaining a refined, minimal style. The living room is spacious and airy, designed as a place to enjoy at any time of the day. The large blue sofa, the focal point of the room, can be converted into a comfortable double bed when needed, effectively creating a third sleeping area without compromising the livability of the space. When closed, the living room remains an independent and relaxing area, perfect for watching Smart TV or enjoying your favorite content thanks to the fast Wi-Fi connection, also ideal for remote work. The kitchen, separate and equally bright, is modern, elegant and fully equipped, designed for those who enjoy feeling at home even while on holiday. The large dining table allows guests to share meals and convivial moments in total comfort. The apartment features two bathrooms: one main bathroom, with a window and fully equipped with a spacious shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine, and a second service bathroom with toilet and sink, practical and convenient especially for groups. The real highlight is the private outdoor courtyard, an intimate and reserved space where you can relax, enjoy meals or dine outdoors, away from noise and immersed in a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The property is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and fast Wi-Fi, ideal both for working and streaming. Guests will find bed linen, a set of three towels per person (face, shower and bidet towel), as well as a courtesy kit including soap, shampoo and toilet paper. Guest access Access to the apartment is provided through in-person check-in: a member of our staff will personally welcome you, show you the property and provide all the information you need to enjoy your stay. For this reason, it is necessary to agree on your arrival time in advance, so we can organize your check-in as smoothly as possible; you will be contacted privately in the days before your arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM. For arrivals outside these hours, a supplement is required and must be paid in cash upon arrival: €30 between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM, or €50 between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM, in order to allow proper preparation of the apartment for the next guests. Other things to note The availability of parking within the property is a major advantage, especially in a central area close to the sea like this. The parking space is included and suitable for small and medium-sized cars; for larger vehicles, it is possible to park nearby on public blue lines, according to hourly rates. A car is not essential for your stay, thanks to the strategic location and convenient connections to the main points of interest in the area, but it can be useful for those who wish to explore more independently, including less accessible locations. Upon arrival, each guest will be required to present a valid ID, necessary for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities. The tourist tax is not included in the price and applies from April to October. It must be paid in cash upon arrival.
