The space Given the layout of the whole place, the apartment is suitable for short and long periods of stay: the space is bright and airy, with fantastic vaulted brick ceilings that give an original and distinct appearance throughout the house. The accommodation is on the first floor (without lift) of a 1900s building and consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is divided). LIVING ROOM: Consisting of a kitchenette, large wooden table and spacious sofa bed, excellent for groups of 5 or 6 people. The kitchen has all the accessories for breakfasts and intimate meals at home including: large fridge with freezer, electric hobs, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. Upon your arrival you will obviously find all the necessary utensils with plates, glasses and cups and other types of crockery. BEDROOMS: Both rooms have a double queen size bed, 32" Smart TV, large wardrobes, hot/cold air conditioning, excellent natural lighting and new heat-insulating and external sound-proof fixtures. **The pink room is made up of two single beds which, if necessary, can be joined together to become a single queen size bed thanks to a comfortable topper mattress placed on top. You can specify your bed arrangement preference before your arrival!** BATHROOMS: Two bathrooms always give a certain comfort, especially when it comes to large groups! Here you will find the convenience of having a complete bathroom and another divided into two with sanitary fixtures on one side of the hallway and a shower with sink on the other. Forget queuing to go to the bathroom! Furthermore, the house has a washing machine, heating, 3 air conditioners for the sultry summer days and ultra-fast fiber WiFi. Upon your arrival you will find a set of towels per guest, linen, hygiene products, cleaning products and an assortment of tea and coffee. Guest access Free access to the entire apartment.
