“On The Rocks”-Beach House

Relax by the beach with the whole family including your special fur baby at this peaceful beach house in the quiet little town of carpenter rocks. Enjoy the uninterrupted ocean view from the comfort of the lounge or step outside and enjoy the ever changing seascape right at your doorstep. The space On entry into “On The Rocks”you will be greeted by the open kitchen, dining and living which offers uninterrupted ocean views. This property offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king bed with absolute ocean views. The second room contains a double bed and a single bed. The spacious outdoor area is equipped with a gas bbq and outdoor setting. And is perfect for outside dining. Heating and Cooling- Split system available as well as an Imitation fire heater. Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven as well as a convection microwave oven and a Nespresso pod machine. The house runs on tank water which is safe to drink but does taste slightly salty due to being next to the ocean. There is bottled and cask water supplied. Washer and dryer available to use. Pets- If you wish to bring along your special fur baby please be mindful of our neighborhood animals, there’s ducks that like to visit as well as other dogs occasionally. We don’t have an enclosed yard so please don’t leave your dog unattended if they’re likely to wander. I’m happy for dogs to sleep inside as long as they’re clean and well behaved. Guest access On The Rocks remains our special place to holiday so we do have a room of the house blocked off to guests for our personal belongings so please don’t enter this area.
