Entire condominium type room to yourself, 7 minutes on foot from Nijo station! There are 2 single beds and 2 futons, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. We provide basic amenities such as towels, shampoo and body soap to make your stay comfortable. Nijo Castle, a World Heritage site, is within walking distance, so you can enjoy sightseeing while taking a walk! The nearest station, Nijo station, is one train away from JR Kyoto station, making it convenient to get to. Please use it as a base for a wonderful Kyoto trip! The space We have a clean and convenient room that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Please note that the actual room number and access to the room will be shared with you by 10 am on the day of check-in, based on availability. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate your room request based on the photos and layout configuration type listed, and we will assign rooms based on availability only (same as a regular hotel). Please note that we cannot accommodate requests for room layouts, furniture designs such as tables and chairs, or sizes. 7-minute walk from Nijo-Jomae Station on the Tozai subway line. The Tozai Line connects to the Karasuma Line at Karasuma Oike Station, which takes about 15 minutes to Kyoto Station. Nijojo-mae Station is directly across from Nijo Castle, one of Kyoto's highlights. The 30-square-meter non-smoking room has 2 single beds (100 cm x 195 cm) and 2 single futons (100 cm x 195 cm) and can accommodate up to 2 people. We will set up two single beds as standard, so please let us know if you need two single futons. Please note that we cannot add extra beds or adjust bedding. Free wifi is also available in all rooms. We do not have pocket Wi-Fi, so please rent it yourself at the tourist information center at Kansai Airport or Kyoto Station. In addition to the above facilities, the hotel is equipped with air conditioning that can cool and heat each room according to your preferences. There is an HDMI terminal on the back of the high-definition TV, and you can also use a streaming device. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, face towels, and bath towels are provided in the bathroom. There is also a separate Western-style toilet with a bidet. Please note that there is only one microwave and one coin laundry in the building, and there are no cooking facilities or washing machines in each private room. The microwave and coin laundry are located in a small shared space on the left side of the elevator on the first floor. Washing machine fees are the responsibility of each guest. The building has an elevator to help people with disabilities move heavy luggage. After you book, we'll send you a guide with photos and a map of the building. Please use the shared space next to the washing machine on the 1st floor. * There is no dedicated kitchen in each room. Please use the shared space on the 1st floor. * There is no IH cooking heater or stove. * There is no toaster oven. * Rice cooker, * There is no yakiniku plate, takoyaki plate, or hot pot plate. * There is no salt, pepper, oil, or condiments. * There are no basic cutlery. Knives, forks, spoons, chopsticks. * There are no basic dishes. Plates, bowls, cups, etc. * No basic cooking utensils.
