Bedroom 3: Also equipped with two queen-sized beds, providing ample sleeping arrangements. Casita: Includes a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. Open Concept Living Room: A spacious area filled with natural light, complete with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and stunning mountain views. Dining Area: An elegant dining table that seats 8, perfect for family gatherings or entertaining. Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Outdoor Space Pool & Spa: Enjoy your private oasis with a sparkling pool and hot tub. The pool is 35 feet long and heated to 85 degrees free of charge. The hot tub is heated on demand free of charge, using a remote in the kitchen. Patio: An outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill, perfect for al fresco meals. One full propane tank is provided. Covered Lounge Area: A comfortable seating area for relaxing in the shade. Fire Pit: Cozy up under the stars with a glass of wine by the fire pit. One full propane tank is provided. The main house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while the casita offers an additional bedroom and bathroom. Other things to note Important notes: The maximum occupancy is 8 adults and 2 children. Pets are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $300 per stay, per pet. This fee covers a deep cleaning to accommodate guests with allergies. Check-in is after 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Smoking is prohibited.
