Approximately 28 minutes away from Grand Central Terminal by the Metro-North Railroad's New Haven Line, Pelham is home to many New York City commuters and a tranquil town to escape from the city crowd. You will have access to the entire apartment. The apartment is located on 2nd floor (top floor) of a multi-family residential house. After entering from the main gate, you will walk up a staircase to get to your apartment. The space The apartment offers 1 queen bed, 1 full bed in the bedrooms and 1 sofa bed in the living room. You can request up to two Inflatable beds (queens size) upon booking. Extra guest fee of $25 / person /night starts from the 4th guest. The maximum number of guests that we can take is 8. We offer one complementary parking spot onsite. * The town does not allow overnight street parking so please make sure you park your car within our property line at night to avoid parking violation ticket. During the daytime, street parking is available and easy near the house. Other things to note Contactless checking-in for registered guests with lockbox access. * The code to the lockbox is typically sent to guests by the check-in time on the arrival date via AIRBNB messenger unless otherwise instructed. AIRBNB messenger is the preferred way to contact us.
