For the registration of the contract, a payment of 100 euros + VAT is required if you have the tax code, otherwise 150 euros + VAT. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, in the time slot between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.
