Large two-room apartment of about 55 square meters, located on the second floor with an elevator located in the central Via Falcone. The apartment is a short walk from the Duomo, but you will love the silence even more than the wonderful location. The fast Wi-Fi connection and the presence of air conditioning allow you to work remotely even in the hottest seasons. The studio apartment is furnished with elegant design objects and equipped with everything you need during your stay. The space The apartment has been designed to make you feel at home, with all the comforts you might need during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped: you will find an induction cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, so you can prepare your favorite dishes without giving up anything, even if you are traveling. To ensure maximum relaxation, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, perfect for cooling the rooms on the hottest days. In addition, there is a convenient washer-dryer available, so you can wash and dry your clothes in comfort and travel without having to carry too much luggage. Every morning you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee thanks to the Nespresso machine, a small pleasure to start the day with a smile. Free Wi-Fi will allow you to stay connected, whether you want to work remotely or simply surf the internet and stay up to date. Guest access The entire apartment is at your complete disposal Upon arrival, you will find: - Ready-made beds. - Towels (one bath towel and one face towel for each guest). - Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for separate waste collection. Other things to note Check-in methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In compliance with the Italian law on leases, we will be required to request a copy of the identity documents for communication of guests with the Public Security Authority. For stays longer than 30 nights, a security deposit of €500 is required, to be paid before check-in. The amount will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, after checking the condition of the apartment. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, between 5:00 am and 11:00 pm. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C. The air conditioning can be used from June 1st to September 30th, compatible with the outdoor temperature.
