The space Step inside to discover four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, including a luxurious master suite. Each bedroom offers ample space and storage for your personal belongings. Master Bedroom: King bed, 65" Smart TV, blackout curtains. Bedrooms 1-3: Queen bed, 55" Smart TV, blackout curtains. The interior boasts a well-appointed kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. Equipped with a Bosch oven and cooktop, along with a brand-new Samsung oven hood and dishwasher. Savor the convenience of a Breville coffee and espresso machine, perfect for indulging in a freshly brewed cup. Grocery delivery and fridge pre-stocking are available upon request for your convenience. The dining areas provide ample space for both casual and formal dining, with a brand-new dining room table and eight chairs. Unwind in the living room with a 65" Smart TV and enjoy music through the Sonos-controlled music system. Additionally, the home offers a family room, a sitting room, and guest-maids quarters, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. Step outside and be greeted by a private outdoor pool. The BBQ area features a propane gas grill by Nexgrill, and the brand-new outdoor furniture provides a comfortable space for alfresco dining. There is also an outdoor fireplace fueled by propane, creating a cozy ambiance. The landscaped grounds are always well-manicured and cared for. This contemporary home is nestled in the coveted Sunset Strip - Hollywood Hills West community, specifically in the prestigious Doheny Estates neighborhood. The area offers a quiet residential atmosphere with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Parking is available on the street as well as in the 2-car garage. The neighborhood also offers a mountain view, adding to the natural beauty surrounding the home. Escape to this secluded sanctuary, where abundant space and utmost privacy intertwine! Guest access Guests have access to the whole home. No spaces are shared. Every square inch is yours to enjoy! Other things to note Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking. In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well. 1) No parties and no visitors. We do not allow parties or visitors because these things often lead to a multitude of liability issues that threaten our permit to rent - issues with the homeowner, the neighborhood, the fire department, and with the laws surrounding property management (e.g., property capacity). If this rule is broken, then you will be asked to leave without a refund since you have chosen to put our permit at risk. So, to ensure that there are no infractions of this rule, we will ask for (1) a guest list and (2) the IDs of every adult within each reservation. Obtaining these two things also helps us protect you by ensuring that the right person and the right amount of people arrive at the property. 2) Pets: Please note that there is a one time $200 pet fee per reservation. 3) No smoking, vaping, or the like Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500. 4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates. If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages. 6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. 7) Do not have glassware near the pool or spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) it helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) it prevents you from having to pay for any damages, and (3) it helps prevent injury. So, please use our plasticware to acquire the three benefits and let us know if the kitchen does not have the plasticware. Lastly, please do not throw away the plasticware because they are not disposable. Please just wash them by hand and store them away. 8) If you want the pool to be heated, then it will cost $100 per day of your reservation. So, for example, if your reservation is 4 days and you want pool heating, then we will send you a $400 fee request. The pool heating fee is all or nothing. 9) Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. 10) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. 11) Parking: Available on the street as well as in the 2-car garage. 12) Pre Stocking: Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests. Cleanliness: During COVID-19 we increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance: we will wash them whether or not they appear to be used - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends. This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. Based in these standards we are ranked #1 in California and #4 in the country. Travel can stressful especially since most bookings happen without you ever seeing the home in person until you arrive. We take the stress out of the unknown. Common feedback is that our homes are even more beautiful in person.
