Hello, guests! Our apartment has 2 double bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom, with capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. It is a cozy environment, located in front of the MRV Arena, perfect for game days and events. Close to Shopping Itaú Power. Access to Expominas is facilitated by the Eldorado station. Our kitchen is equipped and the windows have screens to ensure the safety of children. Bring your family and be welcome. The space We also provide bed and bath linens, as well as toiletries. Guest access We currently have no administrator, which results in the garage gate operating manually. WE DO NOT HAVE an elevator or concierge services. The social gate is locked with a key. The garage door is closed but without a key. Check-in is done in person. The apartment is located on the third floor, requiring the ascent of two flights of stairs. Other things to note The garage door remains closed and unlocked at the moment, while the social gate is protected by a key. The apartment has a grid on the door, providing an additional level of security. The neighborhood is quiet and, due to its proximity to the Arena, has an extensive circuit of cameras on the streets and frequent police patrols.
