The house includes a gym and a modern kitchen. We are located behind the Cuscatlán Stadium, perfect for enjoying events, concerts and matches. Your ideal home to relax and have fun! The space Casa Maquilishuat offers a comfortable stay with: 4 Bedrooms with bathroom: The house has two levels, on the first level there are two bedrooms with air conditioning and a queen size bed for two people in each. On the second level are the other two rooms with the same characteristics, it is important to mention that the rooms on the second floor are larger compared to the first. 1 Social Bathroom: The social bathroom is located on the first floor in the hallway that leads to the bedrooms. Pool: The pool is in the patio area next to the outdoor gazebo. Gazebo in the patio and outdoor dining room: It is located in the patio next to the pool, it has an outdoor dining room and also a bar area (without drinks). Gym: There is a gym with basic equipment such as dumbbells and 2 45-pound discs. Modern kitchen with utensils: Casa Maquilishuat has a very elegant and modern kitchen, guests can make use of the kitchen and its utensils. Living and Dining Room: The living room is in front of the patio, it has furniture and a dining room with a fairly large space. A living room, Casa Maquilishuat has a living area with TV with leather armchairs next to the guest bathroom. Guest access You can occupy all areas within the Maquilishuat house Other things to note General rules Parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles inside the garage. Park in an assigned place, inside the garage or in front of the house. Do not park in front of neighbors' houses at any time Smoking only in the courtyard and pick up your garbage Kitchen and dishes must be clean before checkout No food or drinks in the pool Visits allowed only when you inform the host Moderate music after 10 PM so as not to disturb the neighbors Guest must give access to pool cleaning staff (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) Events are not allowed without consulting the host (Events, parties, among others). CHECK-IN is at 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT is at 12 PM. Please be punctual at check-out time, as the cleaning staff performs their duties after CHECK-OUT; if check-out time arrives and guests are inside the house, we will proceed with their permission to clean. Please be punctual. When you vacate the house, please leave the gate control in the lockbox located at the front door and notify your departure. If the guest loses the gate control, the value of $80.00 will be charged for its replacement Extra cleaning of the house is coordinated in advance and has an additional cost. If the guest wishes to add more people above the maximum capacity of the establishment, the host must be consulted and there will be an additional cost per person of $20.00. If the Guest leaves chewing gum on the floor, furniture and/or bedding, there is an additional charge of $10.00 If the Guest soils or stains the furniture, bedding, among others, with any liquid, there is an additional charge from $20.00
