Welcome to High View Haven, a bright and cheery home tucked into its own corner of Joshua Tree. We have lovingly personalized this space to create a soulful environment for you to relax in style. The property features a sun-drenched main house and a detached private casita, offering the perfect balance of shared space and quiet privacy. The space HIGHLIGHTS - 5 minute drive to the National Park Entrance - Hiking trails available to walk to from property - Family friendly park down the street and within walking distance INSIDE - The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - Primary bedroom - King bed with en suite - Second bedroom - Queen bed - Third bedroom - Queen bed THE CASITA - This space is detached and sits below the main house with an entrance off the back deck - Private kitchenette - Queen bed and en suite OUTSIDE - Propane BBQ Grill - Propane Fire Pit - 7 person hot tub - Private stone path past the fence that leads to a bench for private stargazing and animal watching • DEPOSIT We do not charge a security deposit. We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. You will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages! Please inquire upon booking and we will set you up with a local yoga instructor for your peaceful desert getaway. • PRIVATE IN-HOME MASSAGE Want to wake up in Joshua Tree and have a masseuse come directly to your vacation home? Please inquire upon booking and we will help connect you with your private masseuse. • PRIVATE IN-HOME MEDITATION, REIKI & SOUND BATHS Connect with your soul during your desert stay. Experience a private or small group session of kundalini yoga, meditation, and/or sound bath by private teacher and energy guide. Reiki energy alignment sessions also available. Please be sure to call or email and schedule at least 24 hours in advance. • PRIVATE CHEF Looking to throw a dinner party to remember? We have got you covered! Our private chef is simply the best and she can cater that whatever your specific food needs would be. Please inquire with us and we can introduce you to her. More services added regularly, keep checking back! Guest access The property and house is yours to roam and relax. Other things to note • Professionally managed by Hi-Desert Dwellings • CLEANING FEE As the top Professional Management Company in the area, we have always maintained exceptional cleaning standards and have been able to keep our rates low while still paying a living wage. 100% of your cleaning fee is paid to the cleaners (i.e. no profit to us) and we insist on a professional level of cleaning between guests. • 4TH BEDROOM/ CASITA The 4th bedroom is located off the deck (detached from the main house) and has its own bathroom, and small kitchenette. You can access the bedroom from the slider door off the deck or through the garage. It heats by the electric fire place and cools by evaportive cooler. • A/C & Heater High View Haven main house is cooled and heated by central AC and Heat to keep you comfortable all year long. • NEIGHBORHOOD For families traveling with kids, there is a community park within walking distance of the property. High View Haven does have a direct neighbor to the south. Please be aware they have an RV visible that you can see when entering the front door. They are super friendly, if you see them out and about their home but they keep to themselves. • FIRE Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy BUT the propane fire pit located outside if allowed. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used IN the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine. • CAR LIMIT Please note that only 4 cars are permitted at the property. If the county gets a complaint that here are more then four cars and the county is going to start issuing $1000+ fines to the guests if more then four cars are seen at the property. • HOT TUB - legal Guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and spa. • GUESTS You are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
