The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your favorite meal! Both of the bedrooms are spacious and share a thoughtfully designed bathroom. White subway tile adorns the walk-in shower and the vanity features extra room for your belongings. Basic essential toiletries are provided for your comfort! The backyard is your oasis! Let your pets roam around in the fully fenced yard while you play horseshoes or stargaze around the fire pit. PARKING: There is a private driveway for up to 2 cars to park and additional street parking available in front of the house. THE DRIVE: Super simple, flat and safe road to get to the house! COOLING/HEATING: The house has a new evaporative cooler and wall heater unit. The home cools down and heats up quickly. INTERNET: The house has reliable high speed internet (200+mbps) throughout the entire space. You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV OUTDOOR SPACE: Fire pit, lounge chairs, & horseshoes available for you to enjoy! ***Please note that the outside chairs have been updated and are now Adirondack style chairs. BEDROOMS: There are 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds. There is a memory foam floor mattress as well, which can comfortably fit two people. Total accommodations can sleep 6 guests. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dual coffee maker (full pot and single serve options), dishwasher, and basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Silverware/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee SECURITY: A security camera is located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property. PET FRIENDLY: This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional, non-refundable charge of $50 per pet. This helps us ensure we can properly clean the home for future guests who may have allergies. Please disclose if you will be bringing your furry friends with you. Once you book we will request the additional pet fee from you. If we discover that there is an undisclosed pet in the home, you will be charged an additional fee.
