Enjoy this beautiful house with a garden, nestled in a private estate of two hectares, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the Asturian fields and mountains, and just a few minutes from the main points of interest of eastern Asturias. This eco-home's energy is 95% solar, and it's integrated into a natural environment that will make your stay a true haven of peace and tranquility. You can also enjoy your pets in freedom! The space DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE: The house and garden are located within a private property of two and a half hectares, and in turn just 1 minute from the AS-114 highway, which will allow you to stay in a quiet and isolated place, but at the same time very well connected to all the points of interest in eastern Asturias. The house has a fully fenced garden with several tables and a grill. Inside, you will find a living-dining room and an open and integrated kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The first floor is exclusively for the sleeping area, which allows it to be very spacious and very bright, thanks to its huge window, which will also offer you wonderful panoramic views of the fields and mountains of the area, and beautiful sunsets, due to its southwest orientation. This room has a 1.50-meter bed and a 1.10-meter sofa bed. The house has an internet connection and two Smart-TVs. The kitchen also has a microwave, toaster, and Nespresso and Italian coffee makers. Also an iron and ironing board. The house DOES NOT HAVE A WASHING MACHINE or OVEN. ECO-HOUSE: 95% of the house's energy comes from the sun, which allows its integration into the environment and respect for it to be complete. As a general rule of the house, tenants are asked to make responsible and intelligent use of resources, and respect both the flora and fauna of the environment. Connecting electric vehicles to the house's installation or high-consumption electrical appliances is NOT ALLOWED. EXTERIORS AND SECURITY: The house has open parking in front of the house, for the exclusive use of the tenants. The private access road and parking are exclusively under video surveillance for the security of the tenants and the house. POINTS OF INTEREST: Just a two-minute drive from the house is the village of Benia de Onís, where you can find several cider houses and restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, a health center, and a fabulous Spa (Maria Manuela 4*), among others. The city of Cangas de Onís is just a 15-minute drive away, and the Sanctuary of Covadonga and the Picos de Europa are 20 minutes away. Also, within a 25-30 minute radius, you can visit other places of interest, such as the town of Llanes and its renowned beaches, Pría (and its blowholes), Ribadesella or Arriondas, the latter being the starting point of the famous activity of descending the Sella River by canoe.
