Welcome to our cozy studios located in Residencial 2k Atalaia, in the Atalaia neighborhood, which is very quiet and perfect for spending a beautiful season, around only 150m from the Atalaia waterfront, which is the most beautiful and complete in all of Brazil, tourist fair, event space, waterfront promenade, several restaurants. Relax in this unique and quiet place.*NOTE: (VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED). The space Studio with everything you need for a good stay, featuring a fully complete and equipped kitchen, combined with a 1/4 (with split air-conditioning), suite (with electric shower). It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It has 1 standard double bed and 1 bunk bed.*NOTE: (VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED). Guest access Guests will have access to the residence through a * Self Check-in: (it means that the guest will be able to access the space without the need for the host's presence), being quite practical and safe. About 15 minutes before check-in time, the host will send all the necessary information to enter the Residential, sending 3 passwords: the sidewalk door, right after the reception (to pick up and return the gate control, having access to the garages) and the bedroom. The space is on the 1st floor, with access via stairs.*NOTE: (VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED). Other things to note We are in a small residential complex and we always value respect for others and good coexistence. Loud noise is prohibited at any time of day. Please close the bedroom doors when turning on the air-conditioning. When leaving the property, keep the lights and air-conditioning turned off. *Self check-in time: (From 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.). * Check-out time: (Until 11 a.m.). * NOTE: WE DO NOT OFFER BATH TOWEL SERVICE. Note: The Residential has 15 units and 10 parking spaces. Priority will always be given to the guest who arrives first.
