The property is not fenced so desert wild life can roam freely. We have one neighbor we share the road with but overall it’s a very private, and peaceful space to spend while exploring the Joshua Tree desert and surrounding attractions. FEATURES *Historic 400sqft Jackrabbit cabin * Open studio space with 1 queen bed and a fold out sofa that can fit up to 3 people *Basic kitchenette with all the necessities, such as a mini fridge, 2 burner cook top stove, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig, pour over, coffee grinder, pots n pans and dishes. There is not a full size oven. *Black out Curtains *Record player and Games *Projection screen for streaming movies OUTSIDE *wood fire pit and benches *1 hammock *horse shoe game *located on a large 5 acres over looking the desert mountains, great spot for start gazing! PETS *We allow up to 1 small furry pup, they must be included in your reservation. The yard is not fenced and there are coyotes and other wildlife in the area so please be mindful when bringing them. Some pet items such as bowls and treats are provided. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property and cabin. Other things to note Casa Verde is a small cabin with all the necessities: a 2-burner cooktop stove, mini fridge, bathroom with shower, mini split for heating and cooling, and basic internet service.
