The duplex has a shared bathroom. At the back outside the houses, there is a hall or rest room, with rocking chairs, hammocks and chairs to rest near nature, the duplex is surrounded by green areas with fruit trees such as: soursop, noni, bananas, coconuts, etc. The entrance where the garage is located is shared, then a passageway leading to the hall and the Duplex. Other things to note We have three pets in the property, two very well-behaved small dogs and a kitten. The dogs have their own space separate from the duplexes and common areas. They are over ten years old and only bark the first time they see a new guest, then they don't bark anymore, they are used to meeting new people. Their names are Manchas Alejandro and Zamba Canuta.
