However, the house is all on one level and has only one small step up at the front door. There is a step "over" to get into the garage/game-room area. No parties or events allowed. Only registered guests using the house for vacation/family time is allowed. Remote office work is fine, but no business/commerce use, no outside vendors, no weddings, no receptions, no drop-by or pick-up types of events. If you are unsure whether your intentions might be classified as an event, please ask before booking. NO PETS/animals allowed on the premises at any time. NO Emotional Support animals. Service Animals are allowed, but please disclose this at booking and answer the following two questions: 1) Does the guest require their service animal because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the service animal has been trained to perform?
