The space This spacious apartment has a maximum capacity of up to eight people (the base rate is for three people; additional guests have an extra cost). It features three large rooms, five double beds, and two full bathrooms equipped with towels and essential toiletries. It includes a living room, free Wi-Fi, and a Smart TV for your streaming apps. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and a dining area. For guaranteed early check-in (from 6 a.m.) or guaranteed late check-out (up to 8 p.m.), the cost is $1200 MXN with advance payment. These options are subject to availability. Noise/music/voices must be tolerable and moderated until 10:00 p.m. Loud music or excessive noise is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. 3. Anyone who does not follow the rules will be penalized as follows: • -1st notice, your attention is drawn • -2nd notice: a power outage in the apartment • -3rd notice you will be asked to leave the building and a fine of $2,000.00mxn will be charged. 4. Broken, damaged, missing items or excess clutter in the apartment will be charged. 5. The number of guests per apartment cannot be exceeded. 6. Smoking is prohibited in any area of the building. 7. Please take the garbage out of the apartment and our staff will take care of it.
