In accordance with the relevant articles of the Identity Reporting Law No. 1774, there is an obligation to notify the law enforcement about accommodation activities. No shoes inside, please remove your shoes at the door. This is your house during your stay and it will be such for the guest after you. At check-out, please leave the unit as you found it. Please note that the courtyard is separate and a common space of the compound. After 10.00 pm it is legally forbidden to make noise in the apartment, in the courtyard and in the building. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.   No unregistered overnight guests or visitors are allowed and it is legally forbidden.  Smoking in the premises is strictly prohibited. Feel free to smoke in the balcony/patio or in the courtyard. Please do not throw or drop off anything from the balcony. Using drugs is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed.  No candles or open flames. No video productions. Keep track of your keys. For lost keys $20 will be charged. For leaving the key on the door inside $50 will be charged. For lost remote key of carpark $50 will be charged. The TV is a smart TV with YouTube, Netflix and some other platforms available. Please be reminded that download of illegal material is a universal crime.   Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.  Please use the AC once you are at the flat with windows shut. Please turn off the lights, TV, AC and similar energy consuming devices when you are away from the apartment to save the environment.
