The space Step into Unit One of the Wynwood Artful Escape, where every corner unfolds like a canvas of vibrant creativity. Immerse yourself in the allure of this 1,100 square foot urban art haven, adorned with murals that breathe life into the space. PARKING All parking for this property is parallel street parking. There are 3 free spots directly in front of the properly along the gray-colored gate, but keep in mind that they are shared with guests who are staying in Unit 2 of the building. Any additional parking spots are also parallel street parking spots lined up along NW 6th Ave. Please pay attention to the parking signs on the street to understand the rules and avoid being ticketed. There are a couple free spots along NW 6th Ave., directly south of our property next to the white industrial building, but the majority of spots are paid spots and must be funded by downloading the "Pay by Phone" app. Please note there aren't any parking meters, and parking can only be paid for via the app. LIVINGROOM Step into a realm of artistic allure and comfort as you enter our vibrant living room oasis. BEDROOMS Our Artful Escape is equipped with 3 decent-sized bedrooms, each uniquely adorned with art for a vibrant touch. Sleep soundly on full-sized beds in modern, comfortable spaces. Closets come complete with laundry baskets, irons, and ironing boards for added convenience. Extra sheets and pillows ensure your stay is effortlessly comfortable. Welcome to a harmonious blend of luxury, comfort, and artistic flair! BATHROOMS Our Artful Escape has 2 modern and comfortably equipped bathrooms that are conveniently located. Each bathroom features a sleek shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even Q-tips for your convenience. Towels, including makeup, hand, face, and shower towels, are readily available. A hairdryer and cleaning products are at your disposal for added convenience. Both bathrooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring a relaxing and worry-free stay. Your comfort is always our priority. HOT TUB Indulge in our top-of-the-line Wellis compact hot tub, featuring massage seats for a luxurious experience. Stylishly situated in the front courtyard, it comfortably accommodates three, creating a serene escape. Surrounding murals embody the Wynwood neighborhood's essence, enhancing the atmosphere. Shared with guests from Unit 2, proper use ensures everyone enjoys this relaxing amenity. Welcome to a space where style meets relaxation, and the essence of Wynwood comes alive in every soak. BUGS/LIZARDS Due to our property being located in the tropical climate of South Florida, it's common to encounter bugs and lizards around the property. Despite our monthly pest control service, some may occasionally find their way indoors. This is an unavoidable reality of the region. To minimize this, we highly recommend keeping doors closed at all times, except when entering or exiting the home. TRAFFIC/NOISE Our home is located in the heart of Wynwood, Miami—one of the city’s most vibrant, colorful, and energetic neighborhoods. Please note that the property sits directly next to I-95, and as part of its truly urban setting, traffic on the 12-lane highway runs 24 hours a day. We’re also just a couple of blocks from Wynwood’s two main strips (NW 2nd Ave and NW 5th Ave.), also with a new food truck park one block north off NW 30th Street, you may experience occasional foot traffic and neighborhood activity at various hours. Additionally, there is a wood shop next door that operates during regular business hours, which can contribute to daytime noise. We absolutely love the energy and convenience of this location and want our guests to fully enjoy it as well—but if you’re sensitive to urban city sounds or prefer a quieter, suburban environment, we recommend bringing earplugs for bedtime or considering a different setting that better suits your comfort. Guest access Unit One provides a private entrance within the duplex. Guests have exclusive access to all amenities inside, and shared access to the hot tub and the outdoor seating area in front of the building. Other things to note To ensure the safety of our property and guests, we have installed three security cameras outside: one integrated into the front doorbell for unit 1, another overseeing the the entire front entrance area of the property , and a third, which is integrated into the doorbell of unit 2. Inside of the home , the only camera is inside the game room to guarantee the security of both our guests and the valuable vintage arcade games. All of our cameras are 100% visible and are in public areas. All of the cameras are also motion-activated. We take security and privacy very seriously and always want to ensure our guests are safe, comfortable and happy. Also due to the delicate nature of the art displayed inside/outside of the home alongside the fragility of some of the decor and figurines the interior is adorned with, we kindly request that only children aged 12 or older are brought along during your stay with us. We also do not allow pets on the property due to the same reason and also because this is a very urban property with no grass or backyard area for the animals to relieve themselves. Smoking isn’t allowed inside the unit, however there is an outdoor seating area in the front of the property where it is permitted as long as all waste is disposed of and the ashtrays are properly used. We also enforce a zero-tolerance party policy in consideration of the neighbors, the condition of the home and Miami’s short-term rental laws. If we suspect a party or witness one, the reservation will immediately be cancelled, Airbnb will be notified, the police will be called and guests can be subject additional fines/fees.
