If Management does not offer a comparable rental unit or Guest does not approve, this Agreement shall, at Guest’s request, be terminated and Management shall refund in full all payments made by Guest. In the election to terminate this Agreement, Guest waives any and all claims, known or unknown, arising out of or related in any way to this Agreement, including, without limitation, any failures by Management to perform under this Agreement.
