Being active or finding peace is all possible! The space This attractively furnished home offers a spacious living room with sitting area, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. Ideal for an evening of binge watching (watching TV). You have a fully equipped rural kitchen with 2 combi ovens and has all the comforts. Regarding the care of the meals, you have the opportunity to stay based on “Bed and Breafast”. This means that you have the freedom to prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. In this way, you can follow your own preferences and enjoy a relaxing start to the day. Cook in the evening, or have a nice long dinner? And maybe a board game? Everything is possible in this nice kitchen. Your delicious prepared meal or delicious drinks can also be enjoyed on the nice terrace under the canopy. The ground floor also has a toilet and underfloor heating.   The entire upper floor was renovated in January 2026!! You can reach this via the stairs in the hall, where you will find the bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom also has underfloor heating which provides a pleasant temperature. The property has 3 hotel chic bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (180 x 210), which is linked to bedroom 2: single box-spring bed (90 x 200). Bedroom 3 has a Luxury double box spring bed (180 x 200). The house has a high level of finish and is tastefully decorated with an eye for detail. The upper floor also has air conditioning.   The house has its own driveway with side entrance, terrace and garden. In the garden there is a sauna. In this, you can completely unwind during your stay. You can store bicycles in the garden under the canopy. There is also the possibility to charge your electric bike here. Surroundings Located in the heart of Stramproy, 1 minute walking distance from the cafeteria and bakery (Best flat bakery of Limburg!). Opposite the house you will find a playground for children. Less than a 5-minute walk to the bus stop or cafe in the city center. The center has 2 supermarkets, drugstores and various other shops. Beautiful nature reserves 5 minutes away (Stramproyse Heide, Kempen-Broek, Laurabossen, Tungelerwallen etc.) The region also offers 2 beautiful golf courses in the nearby surroundings. For even more sights you can go to the cities of Weert and Roermond, or the monumental villages of Thorn and Maaseik. More tourist information can be found in the kitchen. Price The price does not include breakfast and cleaning fee. Includes: bed linen and a bath & kitchen towel package. A high chair and camp crib is available on demand for €2,- per night.
