Welcome to our newly renovated apartment. Surrounded by family houses and vibrant Andel district. The apartment is located 5 minutes by bus from Andel subway station, 20 minutes from National Theater. and 15 min walk from hidden gem Divci Hrady (lookout and hiking trails). This spacious, modern apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal base for city explorers, business travelers, and anyone looking to immerse themselves in the local culture. The space A generously sized apartment with separate living room (bedroom) area, kitchen and large bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, convection oven and air fryer. There is also a big table with 4 chairs, which can be also used as a working station. In the kitchen area, there is also a single pull out sofa. Living room and bedroom is in a separate room than kitchen. In the living room, there is a very comfortable and large, king size pull out couch, which will be also your bed. The couch will be ready to use as a queen size bed, however if you will feel like using it as a couch, you can easily fold it. Bathroom is modern with walk-in shower, towels, large mirror, hair dryer and washing machine. Guests have full, private access to the apartment, located in the first floor of the apartment building. Location Just 3 stops away from the bustling Andel area, known for eclectic mix of shops, fantastic restaurants, trendy bars and excellent public transport connections. You will have an easy access to major attractions such as Charles Bridge, Prague Castle, and Old Town Square. Why should you stay here? - Safe and quite area - Neighborhood, where everyone speaks English as we have dorms for foreign students cross the road - Towels, bedding, shampoo, soap, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, tea is provided. - Spacious apartment with separate kitchen and bedroom - You will receive a free self guided tour around Prague (App with offline map to the most attractions from the apartment, audio guide of major attractions is included) and you can purchase a discounted tickets to food tour and attractions in Prague. - Friendly and helpful host (I run a tour company, so I can definitely give you some tips, not only about Prague) Other things to note As this is a family style of the building, we don't allow parties or loud music, especially after 10 pm. No parties and no overnight guests are allowed. The rules in the building are very strict and in case of breaking the noise rules, police will be called and your contract will be terminated right the way, no questions asked. PARKING Only street parking js available. We have purple zone in front of the building (12 czk per hour l, weekends and weekdays after 8 pm are free) and Blue zone 2 minutes from the apartment (weekends and weekdays after 8 pm are free, otherwise it's 40 czk per hour).
