Enjoy a unique experience in a modern, stylish apartment in the center of Kutná Hora. Our location is very quiet and you will have 100% privacy here. The apartment is suitable for romantic stays for two or for family stays with children. The apartment is our family dream, which we recently fulfilled. On the days when we don't have guests in the apartment, we occasionally use it with our family, so we are 100% sure of how the apartment lives and we are constantly improving it. The space Modernly furnished apartment with a size of 42m2 plus a private terrace, great for relaxing both in the morning sun and during a romantic evening. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances (induction stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee maker). We provide free coffee and tea for guests. One separate bedroom provides space for two people (double bed). In the common living room there is a sofa bed that provides two more seats. The living room also has a dining area for 4 people and a bar counter for 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine. Towels and toiletries are provided. Several board games, toys and children's books are available for children. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance through the terrace. Other things to note OUR AIRBNB RULES From 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., there is a nightly silence. • Please respect the desire of the other residents of the house for a peaceful sleep. • NO PARTIES! Excessive noise is not allowed in our apartment. • ALL GUESTS MUST BE REGISTERED as part of the reservation request; the maximum number of guests is 4 people. • Only registered guests may hold the key. • All guests are responsible for all damages inside and on the common areas of the building including legal fees. • Illegal drugs are not allowed in the rented premises. • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! Guests will be strictly charged a fine of 5000 CZK plus the cost of smoke removal from the unit, if found to be in violation of this rule. • Any smoking is allowed ONLY outside on the terrace and cigarette butts must be placed in the ashtray. • Guests must treat our home with respect and keep the place tidy. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should clean up after themselves and not leave excess mess or trash lying around. Please wash all used dishes. Do not use metal utensils on frying pans. • Please remove all shoes at the door of our apartment. Slippers are available to rent. • Smelly rubbish must be disposed of by putting it in the bin at the entrance gate before the smell fills the whole apartment. Thank you! • Please do not dirty the white towels! Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or other unsanitary messes. Use a kitchen towel or paper napkins instead. • Please remove all your make-up before using the cushions. Removing makeup from laundry is very difficult and tedious. There are makeup remover wipes for the towels in the bathroom. • Toiletries are provided as a courtesy to guests if they forget something. These are not complimentary gifts like you would find in a hotel. Thank you for your understanding! • Use candles only on the terrace as they are a significant fire hazard. • The fine for a lost key is 1000 CZK. • To heat the entire unit, it is enough to turn on one heating element. Don't be afraid to adjust the temperature up or down - but no higher than 23C or lower than 18C. Please don't waste water or energy! Fee Summary: We take our Airbnb business and these rules very seriously. We do this to ensure that other guests receive the apartment in the same perfect condition as you! This will come naturally to most guests, but in some cases the rules may not be clear. And that's why we wrote.
