Recently built, with the focus on creating a high end holiday home which has been equipped to a very high standard. Situated in the wine producing area of the Kent countryside, with many local pubs and restaurants only a stroll away. The high spec contemporary design, with vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors all serve to provide a relaxed and stylish place to enjoy your vacation. The kitchen is open plan, facing the lounge, and is equipped to a very high standard, with Siemens appliances throughout, from induction hob to warming drawer. From the polished concrete floor to the rustic clad vaulted ceiling, you can be assured that every detail in this property is amazing. Bedroom one has an ensuite bathroom and a king size bed. Bedroom two is made up as either two singles or a super king bed. (On request) Another wet room shower is in the adjacent bathroom. Bedroom three is in the open plan vaulted area on the mezzanine and has an ensuite with corner bath. All bedrooms are normally made up so as to give choice, but appreciate it the booking is for 1-2 people that not all beds are slept in. Outside has a contemporary resin clad decked area with seating, and a bbq. Off road parking. This house is also listed as a 6 guest property, so please message with your requirements. The reason for listing separately is to allow couples and small families to experience this property at a reduced rate. Guest access Full access to the gated grounds that The Barnyard sits in.
