Accommodation in a house on a hill. It is an older house, but it offers everything you need for your holiday. It is fully equipped, with its own fenced garden, and dogs are welcome. The cottage is equipped with a wood-burning stove, so a trip to Mšeno can be planned even on cold spring and autumn days. Very good bus connections from Prague, and train connections at weekends and on public holidays. The space The accommodation is in the town of Mšeno. The house has a larger room that can sleep up to 5 people. Double bed, sofa bed for two people and fold-out armchair for one person. The room also has a table with chairs, a wardrobe, a stove and a TV (don't look for Netflix here; only a few basic channels work). The other rooms are the hallway, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is small and contains a shower (in which you cannot stand up; you can only shower while sitting down – PLEASE NOTE this so that you are not surprised later) and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, an electric double hob, a kettle, a microwave oven, a fridge and a freezer, as well as basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, pepper, spices). The cottage has a nice garden, which is enclosed on all sides. It offers privacy and cannot be seen from the neighbours' properties. The garden is fenced, and dogs are welcome. In the garden (in the backyard) there is outdoor seating, a rocking chair and a simple charcoal barbecue. Guests must bring their own charcoal. This is an old house that was used as a summer cottage. The house is due for a major renovation in the future. For now, no one lives in the house, so we decided to offer it for rent. Please note that the furnishings and the house are old, but everything is clean and functional. You will find hot water, electricity and a flush toilet here. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, soap, basic spices, coffee and tea are all available. The house is in a great location, a 5-minute walk from the Mšeno swimming pool, a 4-minute walk from the town centre and a 13-minute walk from the train station. The house is located in the centre of town, so there are neighbours nearby, so expect a dog to bark occasionally, a car to drive past at night, etc. The location is ideal for a holiday in the Kokořínsko region, suitable for families with children and for dogs. ❗️IMPORTANT❗️ Stays with dogs - bring your own dog bed or blanket with you. Dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the bed or on the sofa. If this rule is not observed, we will be forced to prohibit stays with dogs. Celebrations, parties and noisy behaviour are prohibited. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO INVITE NON-PAYING VISITORS ONTO THE PROPERTY. THERE IS ALSO A RISK OF A FINE IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN STATED IN THE BOOKING. PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS AND PLAYING LOUD MUSIC ARE PROHIBITED. IF YOU PLAN TO BE NOISY, MAKE A MESS AND DISTURB THE PEACE, PLEASE BOOK A STAY WITH SOMEONE ELSE. Guest access The cottage will be all yours; no one lives there permanently. You can park in front of the house on the street. Other things to note By law, the host is required to keep a house and guest register. By submitting a booking request, the guest agrees to provide the accommodation provider with information such as their name and address, and, for foreign nationals, their travel document number and date of birth, using the form provided.
