Accommodation in a house on a hill. It is an older house, but it offers everything you need for your holiday. It is fully equipped with its own fenced garden and dogs are welcome. The house is equipped with a wood stove, a trip to Mšen can be planned even on cold spring days. Very good connection from Prague by bus, on weekends and holidays also train connection. The space The accommodation is in Mšeno. There is a larger room in the house where there is sleeping for up to 5 people. Double bed, sofa bed for two and armchair bed for one. There is also a table with chairs, a wardrobe, a stove and a TV (don't look for Netflix, only a few basic programs work). The next room is a hallway, bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom is small, there is a shower (in which you cannot stand, you can only shower while sitting, BEWARE of this so you are not surprised) and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, an electric double cooker, a kettle, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, as well as basic cooking necessities (oil, salt, pepper, spices). The house has a nice garden, which is enclosed on all sides, there is privacy and it is not visible from the neighbors. The garden is fenced and dogs are welcome. In the garden (in the yard) there is an outdoor seating area, a rocking chair and a simple charcoal grill. It is an old house that was used as a summer cottage. The house is going to be renovated in the future. For now, no one lives in the house, so we decided to offer it for rent. Please note that the equipment and the house are old, but everything is clean and functional. You will find hot water, electricity and a flushing toilet. Bedding, towels, toiletries, soap, basic spices, coffee and tea, it's all available. The house has a great location, 5 minutes walk to the Mšenské swimming pool, 4 minutes walk to the city center and 13 minutes walk to the train station. The house is located in the middle of the city, so there are neighbors in the area, so expect that sometimes a dog will bark, a car will pass at night, etc. The place is ideal for a holiday in Kokořín, suitable for families with children and dogs. ❗️IMPORTANT ❗️ Stay with dogs - bring your own bed or blanket, the dog is NOT allowed on the bed or on the couch. If this rule is not followed, we will be forced to ban the stay with dogs. Celebrations, parties and noisy speeches are forbidden. IT IS NOT PERMITTED TO INVITE NON-PAYING VISITORS TO THE PROPERTY. THERE IS ALSOME RISK OF A FINE IF THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE ON THE PROPERTY THAN STATED IN THE RESERVATION. NO PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS OR LOUD MUSIC. IF YOU PLAN TO BE NOISY, MAKE A MESS AND DISTURB THE PEACE, PLEASE BOOK A STAY WITH SOMEONE ELSE. Guest access The house will be all yours, no one lives there permanently. Parking is available in front of the house on the street or in the driveway if the parking space is available.
