The space Ruby Cottage is an interesting little property sitting in a large garden. From the front it's a one-story bungalow, but owing to it being built on a hillside, at the rear there are two storeys. Since it was built the same family have used it as a holiday home, so it is a much-loved and cherished property full of happy memories. It has only come on to AirBnB this year. Surprisingly spacious, it offers two double bedrooms, as well as a modern kitchen-diner and two sitting rooms. It is equipped with all the features one would expect, including wifi, three TVs, washing machine & tumble dryer, microwave. The location is ideal for exploring Brixham, Kingswear, Dartmouth, Torbay and the wider area. it is possible to walk to the Coast Path and the beach from Ruby, but it's two miles downhill all the way, so quite a slog coming back. It's right in-between Coleton Fishacre and Greenway (National trust propoerties). The little fishing port of Brixham is a short drive down the road, and you'll find everything you'll need there in the way of restaurants, pubs and shops. There's a large garden which offers peace and quiet, and can get really warm in the summer as it's South facing. Other things to note There's a large driveway at the front offering off-street parking for several cars.
