Beautiful studio (600 sq ft) is located in one of the best areas of LA, in Hancock Park. It is in the mid-wilshire area, within walking distance to the word-famous LACMA, the Grove, and short distance to Hollywood. The studio is a first floor in new beautiful back-house building. The studio has its own private entrance. You'll have your own private living space complete with queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a dining area. There is a patio outside as well. The space This place is nice, private, and clean get-away for anyone that is visiting Los Angeles and need a solid private to stay in the middle of the city. A bright studio in a very safe upscale neighborhood that is the best walking neighborhood in LA. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a Trader Joe's, Ralph's and CVS conveniently located for all your grocery needs. This is an amazing location in the center of everything in LA. Nearby: all main bus lines. There is a beautiful garden with fruit and vegetable, and a nice patio where to sit, relax, and enjoy the California sunshine. Guests are required to sign an additional user agreement through email prior to checking in . A copy of the agreement will be available during your stay and consists of airbnb and hosts rules and regulations. Other things to note We are mindful of our guests and LA Noise Laws-always quite after 10 pm weekdays, and 11pm weekends. If an issue arises, inform me immediately, day or night.
