Nestled in a tranquil setting, this thoughtfully appointed Guesthouse offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, ensuring a memorable stay for your vacation. The Casita is a private, detached guesthouse, behind the main residence. Upon entering, you are greeted by an open living space that seamlessly combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas. The design allows natural light to flood the room, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The decor is modern and tasteful, featuring a soothing color palette that complements the serene surroundings. The main living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, providing a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring or lounging by the pool. Adjacent to the living space is a well-equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area boasts a plush queen-sized bed adorned with soft linens and pillows, promising a restful night's sleep. A smartly designed layout ensures privacy without sacrificing the open feel of the Casita. The kitchenette features essential appliances like a microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. It provides the convenience to prepare light meals or snacks. The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a shower, toilet, and vanity. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for our guests' convenience. Step outside onto the patio, where you'll find a charming seating area overlooking the pool. This outdoor space is ideal for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a leisurely meal, or simply basking in the sun or enjoying the night air in front of the outdoor fireplace. The poolside setting adds an extra layer of luxury to your vacation experience and offers a perfect oasis for relaxation. Additional amenities include High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected, and entertainment options such as a smart TV with Prime streaming services provided for your leisure. Climate control ensures that guests can maintain a comfortable temperature in the Casita, regardless of the weather outside. The Casita is ideally situated, providing easy access to local attractions, beaches, and dining options. Guest access Guests have full access patio and outdoor fireplace. Duraflame logs are provided for your enjoyment. Guests are free to enjoy the outdoor pool from 9 a.m to 10p.m. Sun-Thurs and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Fri-Sat. Other things to note (PARKING) There is ample free street parking, however the city has alternate side parking restrictions for street cleaning on Monday and Tuesday from 8am - 12pm. Please park on the opposite side of the street (West) on Monday and anywhere on the alternate side (East) on Tuesday. Signs are posted. The City will issue citations for a No Parking violation. (POOL/SPA HEATING) The pool and spa are not heated. (Optional): To heat the spa only, the heating fee is $45.00 for 1.0 hour (no later than 7pm due to warm-up time). Advance notice to heat the spa is required, and is subject to availability. The spa is not heated from June-October. (GARDENER) Our gardener is on site every WEDNESDAY between 2-4pm. He generally takes less than an hour complete his work. He will access the entire exterior and it may be noisy during the time he is on the property.
