Located on an oversized lot with a private beach walkover, this home gives you the epitome of privacy and luxury for your next stay! The main floor features a gourmet kitchen, spacious dining area, and large living room with soaring ceilings and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the beach. Outside you'll enjoy a large outdoor living area overlooking the ocean with loungers, dining, and living furnishings. You can even catch the Blue Angels flying frequently off the balconies as well as many dolphins in the ocean due to the private and quiet feel of Navarre. The spacious master suite offers a large bedroom and bathroom with sliding doors onto an oceanfront balcony. There is also a half bathroom for guests and a second downstairs suite with views overlooking the bay. The second floor features two oceanfront guest suites with large private balconies on the ocean plus a third guest bedroom and two bonus sleeping rooms. On the beach level, there is a massive enclosed garage with multiple oversized doors that open towards the beach and private walkover to beach to allow the perfect venue for events or weddings, or just your own personal enjoyment. The walkover has storage featuring lots of beach toys, and in the garage you'll find beach chairs and other accessories for your enjoyment. This nearly 4000sqft home sleeps 20 adults (and/or children) all in beds - no bunks! All bedrooms feature large smart TVs, luxurious memory foam mattresses, and plenty of upgraded linens for comfortable enjoyment of the home and beach alike. The two car garage and circular driveway provide plenty of parking for guests. This property allows events including weddings. For events of less than 20 guests, the fee is $575. For events of 20-49 guests, the fee is $1075. For events with 50-74 guests, the fee is $1575. For events with 74+ guests, the fee is $2075. Contact us before booking to discuss! Guests can enjoy a range of amenities such as a highchair, pack and play, baby gate, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, dishes, cooking utensils, board games, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Other amenities available include "Grocery Concierge" which provides grocery delivery, meal and event planning services, as well as golf cart rentals. There is no smoking allowed on the property or the grounds and no pets allowed. Once you book, please send us a copy of your ID and email address and we will send you your rental agreement. Guest access You have access to the full property and grounds. There is a private walkover we own for direct access to the beach from the back patios. Other things to note We supply starter dish soap, toilet paper (2 per bathroom), small bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap as a convenience. For long or full stays, there are many local stores nearby for extra supplies desired by guests. After booking, we require a valid email address to send a DocuSign rental agreement and a photo of your government-issued ID. This is simply to verify the guest’s identity and confirm acknowledgment of the house rules (including no pets, no smoking, and no events unless event fee has been discussed and paid).
