Inside, you'll find a contemporary and functional layout with a dedicated workspace, ample storage, and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a dishwasher. The studio is also equipped with AC/Heating and WiFi for your comfort. Guest Access You will have private access to the entire studio ADU, which is entered via the alley. A reserved private parking space is provided for you right next to the unit. The Neighborhood Our home is perfectly situated for you to enjoy the best of the area. You'll be super close to the beautiful San Elijo Lagoon, the famous Cardiff Reef for surfing, and the convenient Seaside Market Center for groceries and dining. The lovely Glenn Park is also just a short walk away. Getting Around With easy access to the I-5 freeway, exploring the greater San Diego area is a breeze. Important Information Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for your use once a week. As they are located in the main house, please arrange a time with us for access. Extended Stays: For stays longer than two weeks, a mandatory cleaning is required every two weeks at a cost of $85-$90 per cleaning. This fee will be added prior to booking confirmation for applicable stays. House Rules This studio is ideally suited for one adult guest. An additional guest may be permitted for a fee of $25 per night. No pets are allowed, with no exceptions. We appreciate you not asking. Guest access Guest have access to the ADU via the alley. Guest also has private reserved parking place right next to the unit. Other things to note There is washer and drier however it is in the main house so guest of the ADU must arrange w owner to use W/D (once a week). This property requires a cleaning every two weeks which is $85 to $90 per cleaning. if a guest stays for longer than one month they are required to continue with the twice a month cleaning, the additional charge will be added-in prior to booking confirmation. This accommodation is really only suitable for one adult therefore if an additional guest is to stay, it is a minimum of $25 per night
