Daytime Access: Enter the building through the door beside the "Cutie" store. Nighttime Access: The building entrance is secured and requires an access code. Apartment Entry: Your apartment has a separate coded door for privacy and security. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor of the building. Please expect to climb 2 sets of staircase. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The building next door and across the street started undergoing construction. Please expect construction noise during working hours (7 AM - 4 PM), especially on weekdays, but may include some weekends. Unfortunately, we have no control over it and not sure how long it will last. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. WATER & POWER NOTICE: Please be aware that power and water outages may occasionally occur city wide in Old San Juan. The government typically resolves this quickly, and recent upgrades to the infrastructure have helped reduce how often they happen. We’ll always do our best to keep you comfortable and informed if anything comes up! Please note that Puerto Rico is an island, and this property is located in Old San Juan, the oldest city on the island. Due to the age of the infrastructure and island-wide conditions, power and/or water outages may occur at any time, with or without prior notice. These interruptions are outside of the host’s control and are considered part of the local environment, government and historical setting of the area. By booking and staying at this property, guests acknowledge and accept this risk.
