Apartment Entry: Your apartment has a separate coded door for privacy and security. Other things to note The apartment is on the third floor of the building. Please expect to climb 2 sets of staircase. CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: The building next door and across the street started undergoing construction. Please expect construction noise during working hours (7 AM - 4 PM), especially on weekdays, but may include some weekends. Unfortunately, we have no control over it and not sure how long it will last. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. WATER & POWER NOTICE: Please be aware that power and water outages may occasionally occur city wide in Old San Juan. The government typically resolves this quickly, and recent upgrades to the infrastructure have helped reduce how often they happen.
