IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PATIO FURNITURE: Due to an incident with a guest pet, we had to replace the sectional patio furniture. Now, instead of an L-shaped sofa, you will have a sofa and a loveseat. Due to the number of reservations back-to-back, we have been unable to take the new pictures of the new furniture. We want to be upfront. If guests choose to explore the river and the river ponds, they do so at their own risk. Owners, employees, managers, or service providers are not liable for accidents.
