Grab the beach chairs and cooler and walk down to the only swimmable beach in Condado- La Playita del Condado. From the back of the building you will be able to access the lagoon. A space to enjoy nature's sounds and views. Our condominium has backup power for common areas and elevators. We are located from: Luis Munoz Marin International Airport: 10-minute drive Old San Juan: 7-minute drive Beach Playita del Condado—1 minute walk El Yunque—1-hour drive (depending on traffic) Boricua owned Guest access HOA does not allow lockbox outside, so please read carefully about our check in process. - Use the intercom to get your first access to the building through the iron gate and glass door at the same time. Do it quickly so you don't get stuck in the middle. - If you have a car, you need to park outside or have your partner get inside first to pick up the keys and gate beeper inside the studio. - Find the elevator in the lobby and press 11th floor. The door you see at your right when you get outside , that's our door. A smart lock code will be provided for check-in. - Inside you will find the keys and the beeper for the vehicle gate. Please remember to keep it safe. There's a $150 fine per each if missing. - Check-in time is between 3pm and 11pm. Any check-in after, please ask first. Remember, we need to open the pedestrian gate and building door for you and need to be pending. Other things to note IMPORTANT NOTICE August 2026 We would like to inform you in advance about a temporary water conservation measure affecting this area. Due to the current drought, AAA has implemented a scheduled water rationing program. The building has a shared water cistern. During water interruption days, the condominium administration expects it to be available approximately during the following times: • 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM • 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM • 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM These times are established by the condominium administration and may change. The building laundry room will also remain closed during those days. We recommend planning showers and other high water usage activities during these hours and using water responsibly throughout your stay. If you experience any water-related issue, please contact us immediately through Airbnb so we can assist you. Please reply confirming that you received this information. We are happy to answer any questions before your arrival. ------ - Late check-in: If your check-in is after 11pm, there's a $20 fee. - Parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, only on the main floor (fines may apply). A paid parking lot is available right in front of the building if needed; however, we are not responsible for its availability, fees, or payments. - This condo has some short term rentals, but the majority are occupied by long term residents. Please take this in consideration. Also be kind inside the elevator and the hallways. Courtesy and respect are the key to a healthy environment. - Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am (fines can apply). - We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your trip and avoid losing your payment in the event of cancellation outside the free cancellation period, we recommend purchasing travel insurance, which usually costs a fraction of the cost of your booking.
