Inside, three bedrooms, each equipped with its own air conditioning mini-split unit to ensure a comfortable night sleep and TV. The main bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen-sized bed. The third bedroom features a day bed with a pull out, great for children or additional guests. This house is ideal for up to 6 guests. If you would like to accommodate more guests, please contact us, we can offer air mattresses. You'll have two kitchens. The interior one is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, with the exception of an oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a charming dining bar, complete with seating for six guests, a perfect setting for intimate meals or lively gatherings. The living room is tastefully furnished and equipped with a smart TV, offering a cozy space to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows or movies. Mosquitoes, sand fleas, and lizards are part of our environment, specially close to any water body with mangroves. Insects repellent is highly recommended. - Pool maintenance: weekly. - No water heater in Pool. - Minors need to be under an adult supervision all the time, no exceptions. - No lifeguard on premises or pool fence.
