When you get hungry, the full kitchen makes cooking a breeze with its full suite of stainless steel appliances, center island, and granite countertops. Dining with your loved ones is easy at the breakfast bar or sunroom. Charming nautical themes adorn each of the bedrooms. When additional sleeping arrangements are needed, the loft boasts multiple beds and even a work desk. The home's perks include a private washer/dryer and internet access. Back outside, fire up the gas grill and host a yummy cookout before hopping on the provided bikes for a ride to the sea. Things to Know There are two air-conditioning mini-splits: one on the first floor living room and one on the second floor hall. The third floor has a window A/C unit. There are also two wall electric heating units: one on the second floor in the third bedroom and one on the first floor front porch/dining area. 1 dog(s), weighing 30lbs or less, are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
