Multiple living areas bathed in natural light from large windows. Four warm fireplaces for cozy evenings. Entertainment options including arcade games and a large TV for movie nights. Two fully-equipped kitchens for preparing group meals. A dedicated workspace for remote work needs. Property Breakdown: The Lake House: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (sleeps 9) The Lake Cottage: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (sleeps 8) NO EVENTS ALLOWED per Airbnb and house rules. Max of 17 at any given time for any reason. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Parking is limited to 6 vehicles total. Pontoon available for rent $375 per day. First come, first served. Guest access During your stay, you will have exclusive and private access to all areas of both the Lake House and the Lake Cottage. Your access includes: The entire interior of both homes. The expansive grounds with direct lake access. A private dock, perfect for watching the sunrise. Two lakeside fire pits for evening gatherings. Kayaks and paddleboards for your enjoyment on the water. Optional Pontoon Rental: Enhance your lake experience by renting our pontoon boat for $375 per day. Please inquire about availability, as it is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Other things to note On-Site Chickens: Please be aware that our property is home to a few free-range chickens. They are friendly but generally keep to themselves. For their safety, and per house rules, please keep any dogs on a leash when outside and do not disturb the chickens or go into their coop. Pontoon & EV Charger: Please inquire if you have questions about using the EV charger or renting the pontoon boat. Parking is limited to no more than 6 vehicles. Parking in the yard is prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.
