Other things to note EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to the size of the house and the cleaning involved we cannot guarantee any early check-in. An early check-in can only be advised on the day of arrival when the cleaners are near to finishing. a minimum of 3-4.5hrs is required to ensure that the house is ready for the next guest. SMOKING: There is no smoking inside the house MILK: Due to guest's wide preferences for milk we do not provide. Only 5 minutes to Coles Tanilba Bay. COT: There is a travel cot is in the bottom shelf of bedroom with bunk beds that can be assembled. Please disassemble after your stay a return it to the same place. TOYS/GAMES: The games table can be used for 4 different family games. All the additional game accessories are in the basket beside the TV. Foosball is the top game, you can switch to table hockey or table tennis (flip the board) by two people lifting the black frame on both ends. Remove the board to be able to play pool. FURNITURE UPDATES: Furniture and decor may vary from the pictures, as we continually rearrange and update to enhance the guest experience. PARKING: Ample driveway parking is available in addition to the 2 x garage spaces (height 2.1 and 2.3 meters). The driveway can park an additional 2 x cars and there is also street parking. Please note the driveway entrance/exit are steep and use caution. WIFI: 100 Mbps download speed and 40 Mbps upload speed is available. For lighting the stove, please use the lighters provided. BBQ: Guests need to supply their own charcoal for the BBQ and are expected to clean it post-use. BBQ starters for first use is available. Other BBQ utensils and accessories are in the kitchenette pantry on first floor. The BBQ can be used best, if it is pushed to near the shed and outside the covered area. PETS: Pets are welcome at our property. If you have your pet with you, it is expected that a few simple rules are followed: • Notify us of pets in writing prior to the stay • Any mess, including outdoors, must be wrapped, and placed in outside bins • Pet bedding must be supplied by guest • Please restrict your pet to the hard floor areas and do not allow it onto furniture or into bedrooms • You agree to pay for any damage, or extra cleaning required resulting from the pet having stayed. SUPPLIES: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions. NEIGHBOURS & NOISE: The house is nestled closely between 2 x private residence and our neighbour's live in their properties permanently. Guests must be advised that they will hear lawn mowing, use of a whipper snipper, barking dogs, dirk bikes & general neighbourhood activities. STORAGE: Locked cupboards are located throughout the house. These hold items: linen, cleaning supplies & equipment, maintenance tools, etc. RUBBISH COLLECTION: occurs on Thursday mornings; bins should be placed out on Wednesday night. Recycling is collected every second week. SOFA BEDS: There are extra sheets, pillows, quilt and towels available for the sofa beds inside the sofas (applicable when booking is more than 6 people).
