The apartment is on the top floor of a 2-story building and enjoys a breathtaking view of the entire lake center. The space The apartment is perfect for two, but can also be used by 4 people thanks to the sofa bed located in the living room. The entrance opens onto a large, light-filled room that includes the living area with sofa, TV and relaxation corner, a kitchen equipped with all amenities and a dining table. In a corner of the room, there is also a desk for a dedicated workspace. From the living area you can access the covered balcony with a wonderful view of the lake, the village of Varenna on the other side and the Bellagio promontory. On clear days you can see from the mountains of the upper lake (north) to Lecco (south). On the balcony, a table with wrought iron chairs allows guests to dine comfortably outdoors while enjoying the unique view. The master bedroom is separated from the living area by a hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, cabinet with sink, toilet and wall-mounted bidet. Guest access To access the apartment, you need to climb a ramp and a half of stairs. You can reach Menaggio by public transport (bus from Como or ferry from Varenna-Esino) and Casa Mia on foot from the town center, however it is strongly recommended to have a car to make the most of your stay. The apartment has a private outdoor parking space located immediately after the condominium gate on the left. Other things to note Pets are not allowed in this property.
