The upper level offers two generously sized bedrooms, each with a spacious closet and a large ensuite bathroom. House accommodate 4 people comfortable, but one or two additional people can sleep at the sofa or request an air mattress to host. An approval from host is required when more than 4 people will stay at the house. Guest access This listing includes the upper 2 levels of the property (main level and upper level), two rear decks and backyard. Basement area is not included Other things to note No parties are allowed and only registered guests are allowed at the property. Early check-in or check-out can be arranged for a $50 fee, subject to availability. Please contact the host to confirm and approve your request for early check-in or check-out. TVs and projector are connected to the internet to be used with any of your services (Netflix, YouTube TV, etc.). No video service provided. Street parking is free with a permit that I can get for the guest at not cost. I just need guest to let me know ahead of time and provide me with the following information about the vehicle to get the guest permit from DC government: make, model, color, plate number and registration state. If you are renting a car you can provide me the information at the moment of the check-in and I will get the permit in few hours.
