Private Guesthouse overlooking vineyards & hills

Rogers Ranch once a racing quarter horse ranch, is now a place where we welcome visitors to enjoy the spectacular views of the Temecula Valley. We recently remodeled the guest home inside and out. Within walking/biking distance of 11 of Temecula's finest wineries on the De Portola Trail, and also close to many wedding venues. You will wake up to a sky filled with hot air balloons, and enjoy peaceful evenings with only a coyote howl in the distance Great hiking in the nearby hills and vineyards. The space A private guest home on a 10 acre ranch. The first bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps 2 and a dedicated work space. This bedroom leads into the second bedroom with a Queen bed, with it's own entrance from the outside patio. The third bedroom is a Brand New private Master Suite with an en-suite bathroom, coffee bar, mini fridge and microwave. The access to this private suite is on the outside of the home, and only steps away from the entrance. You will never run out of hot water with our Tankless water heater. There are no steps into the yard or house. Wheelchair access into the guest house. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio watching the hot air balloons fly over the ranch, and the side patio is a great place to have good Temecula wines by the firepit. The road and driveway leading to the guest house, is on a hard packed dirt road with no potholes. There is one concrete swale for water drainage. Dip is marked with a sign. Low profile cars utilize this road all the time, with no problems. Guest access Guests have acres to explore on the ranch except for the private residence and barn area. Take a walk onto the top of the hill for a beautiful view of the valley, vineyards and Leoness Cellars Winery, which is only one quarter of a mile down the dirt road from the Ranch or hike the local hills. Other things to note Ralphs/CVS Shopping center is only 6.3 miles from the ranch. There is also a Walmart center another mile down the road. There are 3 large outdoor shades and patio cover to cool the home on the East end patio. We have an EV charger for all models of cars. A small fee of $25.00 for a two day stay will be charged through the resolution center. The charger is accessible from 9:00 pm to 4:00 pm each day. Inquire about charges for longer stays. We have a ping pong table and corn hole game for your enjoyment. TV includes Directv and Netflix. You are welcome to do an early bag drop off for your convenience.
