Just steps from the beach, this newly updated & elegant beachside condo is the perfect getaway for couples or small families looking to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf right outside your front door. The space Located in a low-density area and building (Sunchase), the condo offers a peaceful and charming environment with less crowding and more privacy on the beach. The building is surrounded by smaller complexes with no large high-rise buildings to block your views. The condo is located on the 3rd floor so no one is above you. Note: The complex does not have an elevator. The condo offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as a tastefully decorated living area and a fully equipped, updated kitchen. You have two decks just outside your front door to enjoy: 1. The front deck faces north and looks out over the pool. Two outdoor chairs and small side table are provided. 2. The side, West-facing deck looks out over the beach. Take in the beautiful views while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail as you watch the sun go down. Two outdoor chairs are provided. Both the front and side decks are semi-private as guests staying in the two adjoining condos use the decks to access their units. No lugging beach equipment a long distance or crossing busy roads. * Gated area with pool and hot tub just outside your door and down the stairs. A $75 fee will be charged if the pool fob to access the gated area is not returned at the end of your stay. The pool is heated during colder months. * Dedicated, covered parking spot (1) conveniently located right next to the stairs * BBQ grill and picnic area overlooking the Gulf. The condo is within walking distance to restaurants & convenience stores, and approximately 1.8 miles to Highway 59 and The Hangout, Gulf Shores nightlife & souvenir shops. PARKING The total nightly cost includes parking for one car (a value of $45). You have a dedicated parking space under the building marked 303.
