Beautiful 4-person chalet on the water of the Loosdrechtse Plassen. Boat and sauna included. Enjoy the lovely garden with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The chalet is equipped with a BBQ, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, dryer, Wi-Fi, TV, and air conditioning. Pets are welcome. The space Our chalet is the perfect place to relax. It features a terrace with sauna, outdoor shower (cold water), luxury sun loungers and two SUP boards. There are two separate bedrooms with double beds and two toilets. For extra sleeping places, two children can sleep on the sofa (bedding available). The terrace is child-friendly and enclosed by a fence. Listen to music via the Bluetooth speaker and enjoy good Wi-Fi. The chalet is right on the waterfront in a beautiful nature reserve with beautiful lakes and rivers. Within ten minutes by boat, you can reach the Loosdrechtse Plassen with nice restaurants and bars. Explore various islands with beaches and play areas. Use the "Waterkaarten live" app to explore the water environment of Loosdrecht. • Private Sauna: Relax completely after a day on the water in your own sauna. • Safe Enclosed Garden: Children can play carefree in the garden while you enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace. • Includes Boat*: Explore the Loosdrechtse Plassen with the included boat – no boating license required! • Washer and Dryer: Keep your clothes fresh and clean, even during a longer stay. • Space and Comfort: Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet for extra convenience. • Spacious Lot: Enjoy 300 square meters of private land, including a private parking space directly at the chalet. • Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in the complete kitchen or enjoy a barbecue in the garden. * You pay a deposit of €500 for use of the boat In the nature reserve, there are a number of biking and hiking trails in, among other things, the "Wijdemeren" nature reserve. For children, there is a playground, table tennis and a jeu de boules court in the park, and in bad weather, the Adventure Factory is a 10-minute drive away. Shopping can be done in Laren, Blaricum or the fortified town of Naarden, and the beautiful Kerkelanden shopping center is just ten minutes away. Amsterdam and Utrecht can be reached within twenty minutes by car. Guest access Parking space for one car next to the chalet, several cars can be parked in the general parking lot of the park. Pets are allowed for €45 per booking. Other things to note We absolutely do not receive groups of young people under the age of 30. We ask €500 deposit for the use of the boat. You will receive this back when leaving the location, assuming that no damage has been done to the boat and outboard motor.
