Guest access You have access to the entire property to include the new dock and boat slip. The boat ramp is located just outside the gates of the property. Other things to note We are located on the River. There will be times where water may come up in the yard. We have a wooden walkway to assist with accessing the home in these scenarios. Albeit rare there is always the potential of a flooding event. When booking during hurricane season we recommend buying travel insurance. We will not issue refunds due to weather. Hurricane season runs June through November. The offered travel insurance will protect you from Natural Disasters.
