2-bedrm condo, true ski-in/ski-out, close to golf

Enjoy the day then unwind by the fireplace, sip some wine, enjoy the view as the aroma of home cooking comes from the fully equipped kitchen. Guests will especially enjoy the large open kitchen-dining-living room which is essential to entertaining. The space Condo has a wood burning stove with flatstone fireplace, cozy alpine decor with rustic solid maple furniture, numerous paintings, collectibles, and trophies of the area. The balcony has a gas BBQ and chairs to enjoy the view. This view side condo is close to the activities and fun , but far enough away to preserve the peace and quiet of the surrounding mountains. Guest access Guess have access to a summer pool, tennis court and a year round outdoor hot tub and sauna. COMMON ROOM has gas fire place, TV, park like view and is adjacent to the picnic area and outdoor gas barbecues Great place to entertain larger groups or for children to meet other guests Other things to note Service dogss are permitted that re-leave stress. Renters have to agree to the following conditions. Suitable bedding/cag/kennel is brought with you, a pet is only allowed in your room, one must carry the pet into or out of the condo building and must be walked off the property, Please make sure the pet is dry and their paws/feet are clean before entering the complex. Pets are not allowed in any common area hallways , rooms, outdoor grass area of pool/hot tub. Please clean up after your pet, You will need to bring plastic bags. There is a bear proof garbage bin on the parking side of the building. Dog owners must pay for any damage caused by their pet. Owners are responsible for their pets and must have license and health tags/shots. Pets that are left in the condo rooms should ideally be crated and are not allowed on the beds, baths or furniture. If the pets are aggressive, noisy or interrupt the enjoyment of other condo guests, the Board reserve the right to ask guest to remove the animal or if one is not around we reserve the right to remove pets from the condo Guest may be asked to leave the complex under section 11 of the General terms of business, no refunds are given under these circustances. We charge an additional cleaning charge of $25 for each of the 2 bedroom and reserve the right to charge a fee of $200.00 deep clean if the room is soiled or the bed lines have been obviously dirtied or damaged by pets. Regular pets are not permitted by condo bylaws.
