Studio A – Boutique Room in the Center

Jr-Kiyo Estudios is an artistic residence space also open to the general public that enjoys Oaxaca's art and creative scene. This room is located next to a street and has double glazing installed, however it can sometimes be a bit noisy for sensitive people. The space A spectacular colonial house that retains the magic of those times. Ceilings up to 5 meters high, a central courtyard surrounded by a very cozy covered gallery with a fountain that lights up during the day creating a relaxed, harmonious and inspiring atmosphere. We have re-imagined this space so that you can live fully and comfortably, bringing our passions to every corner: art, design, and coffee. Each room is equipped with a king-size bed and air conditioning. Guest access The entrance and patio are common areas where our guests can enjoy a good book or have a pleasant chat. Each room has its own bathroom (towels and toiletries included) and work table. Other things to note Studios shares the central courtyard with our specialty coffee shop Kiyo Café. Discover our gastronomic offerings and learn about Oaxacan coffee, recognized worldwide. Our house is a vibrant and lively space during the day. If you're looking for absolute silence, it might not be the best option for you. Breakfast is included in your stay. Enjoy a specialty coffee and a delicious breakfast at Kiyo Café. Guests also have access to discounts in our store. Important: Breakfast is served after 8:30 AM. Each guest has a drink and a dish of their choice included. Vegetarian options are available. Pour Over Bar. The house has an exclusive pour-over set so guests can prepare their own specialty coffee at no cost.
